1. Our Commitment to Accuracy
We aim to provide reliable descriptions of how free tools work, what their limits are, and how to use them safely. When we learn that published content is wrong, incomplete in a misleading way, or out of date relative to the live product, we correct it.
Accuracy includes technical steps, privacy claims (such as file deletion windows), and clear labeling of AI-assisted outputs. We do not invent performance metrics or social proof to cover gaps.
2. How to Report an Error

- What is incorrect and what you believe is correct
- Any screenshots or steps to reproduce (if relevant)

3. Review Process for Corrections
Reports are triaged by severity: safety/privacy claims first, then factual product errors, then wording clarity. We verify against the live product, source code behavior where applicable, and primary documentation for third-party standards.
If we cannot verify a claim, we may soften language, remove the claim, or add a clear limitation note rather than leave a confident false statement online.
4. Timeline for Corrections
- Factual product or privacy errors: we aim to investigate and correct within 24–48 hours on business days when the issue is clear and high impact.
- Complex or multi-page issues: typically 5–7 days, including verification and coordinated updates.
- Enhancement requests (not errors) may be scheduled with product/content planning and do not follow the same SLA.
5. Notification of Changes
Significant corrections may be reflected via an updated “Last updated” date, a brief note on the page, and—when material—entries in the correction log below or related Changelog notes for product behavior changes.
We generally do not send mass emails for corrections. If you reported an issue, we may reply to confirm when it is fixed.

Significant corrections to published editorial content are listed here (newest first). Tool UI bug fixes appear primarily in the Changelog.
